The profound changes in the geopolitical landscape require that all the States reconsider the priorities in their foreign policy, taking into account the increased responsibility for setting the international agenda and shaping the system of international relations.
The influential and competitive poles of the world should actively promote interna- tional peace, universal security and stability for the purpose of establishing a just and democratic system of international relations based on collective efforts, first of all, the provisions of the UN Charter, as well as on equal partnership relations among nations.
