Payment is due within 3 months from the date of receipt of the goods.
For private customers:
Payment is accepted only on a prepayment basis.
The goods are considered delivered at the moment of actual handover to the buyer (or a person authorised by the buyer) by the carrier.
From this moment the risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the buyer.
The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received. Until full payment the buyer is not entitled to dispose of the goods (sell, transfer to third parties, pledge, etc.).
Due to the special geopolitical situation and the specific nature of supplies from Ukraine and Russia, returns are possible only in the following cases:
In all other cases returns and exchanges are not accepted.
In all other respects the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply.
