AGB

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions govern the contractual relationship between Maryna Sosnova (Exlibrus), An der Kaiserburg 10, 40629 Düsseldorf (hereinafter “Seller”) and the Buyer.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The purchase contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the Seller or upon receipt of prepayment.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are quoted in euros. For private customers, only prepayment is accepted. For libraries and educational institutions, payment by invoice is possible within 3 months from the date of receipt of the goods.

4. Delivery and Transfer of Risk

The goods are considered delivered at the moment of actual handover to the Buyer by the carrier. From this moment the risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer.

5. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been received.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation Policy)

Limitation of the Right of Withdrawal

Due to the special nature of the goods and the geopolitical situation, the right of withdrawal is restricted.

Returns are possible only in the following cases:

• Wrong book delivered
• Book damaged during transport
• Manufacturing defect

Returns are excluded:

• For antiquarian books and editions delivered by prior agreement with the Buyer
• In all other cases

7. Liability

The Seller is not liable for delays caused by transport companies, customs authorities or force majeure.

8. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Place of performance and jurisdiction is Düsseldorf.
