This book was born 20 years later, while the spring of 2020 was blooming. Based on personal experience, the author tells about the human right to be not a means, but the goal of the existence of the state, where the ideals of freedom, equality, justice constitute the highest principles of criminal justice and ensure the tranquility of the legal state of civil society, determining all our behavior.
